Vacation Schedule:

As you probably know, I’m in San Diego for Dr. Fuhrman’s Annual Health Getaway. I am having a lot of fun, learning a lot, and meeting wonderful, inspiring people. I have met several people who read my blog and I can’t tell you how rewarding it is to meet new friends this way.

I intended to post all the pictures I’ve taken so far, but I’ve decided to go easy on myself and make it a short post today. After all the work I’ve been doing on my master’s degree project lately, I’m trying to enjoy a little more of this:

Coronado Bay in San Diego.

So, in honor of my rest time, I’m going to be posting next week on Tuesday and Friday. Have a wonderful weekend and see you back here then.

If you want to catch my candid updates in the meantime, be sure to follow me on FacebookTwitterPinterestInstagram, or Google+ and don’t forget to help keep my blog going by downloading my recipe app, Vegan Delish, on the iTunes store here.

Enjoy your vacation! I’m looking forward to hearing about your experiences at the Dr. Fuhrman retreat. I’ve been listening to Eat For Health on audio-book this week, since I can’t be in San Diego :)

Thanks, Nikki! Wish you could be here. The reinforcement of the information is coming at the right time for me. Listening to the audiobook is a great idea. I think hearing the message over and over again is a good reminder, either in person or recorded. :)

Hi Carrie!
Thanks for featuring the Watermelon Gazpacho. So funny that they served that too at your getaway! Can’t wait to hear more of your thoughts from the trip!

Sounds like you had a great getaway! School is important of course, but it looks like you are finding a good balance =)
