I am vegan because I love animals and I do not want to contribute to their suffering or death. That said, all of my research on health and a plant-based diet leads me to believe that it is ideal for humans and disease prevention.
My goal with this blog is to inspire you with delectable and healthy plant-based food that nourishes and delights. While I do not generally discuss issues of animal rights, I reserve the right to bring up issues for discussion.
